Would've given a 5 here but my car arrived not having some of the specifications i had ordered, some miscommunication was at fault I was told but I accepted the car as I would've needed to wait another 2-3 months on a correctly spec'd vehicle

We then walked around the electric car range pointing out the benefits of each one. Then spent time customising the car to meet my needs. Good updates in run up to the car being delivered.

I Can't fault the service provided by any of the team at Eastern BMW. Mark Scott who sold me the car was very polite, knowledgeable and personable during the whole process of selling me the car. He kept me informed of progress during the process.

I used the waiting option and it was brilliant, even with free cooked breakfast thrown in. Although the service, oil change, ran over by about 45 minutes. I wasn't bothered as I had a book to read.

The service execution was fine, the bigger issue was the removal of a window pane whilst I was there. It was extremely noisy - I would guess above HSE guidance. There should havebeen a warning, we should have been recommended to stand outside

I had pre-booked a courtesy car while my X3 was being serviced and MOT tested. Everything was organised and prepared for our arrival. Our Service Adviser - Morgan - was excellent, dealing with a couple of issues regarding parts and a warranty claim.

Service advisor, Helen Briggs, was excellent. Fault was diagnosed as requiring reprogramming but that failed to cire the issue. A new part was required to be ordered and fitted which meant leaving the car at Eastern over the weekend.
