Car is great, Simon Anderson was very helpful and friendly made process easy and quick. Only thing was reveal had some dead bugs and a lot of polish all around car. Just from seeing other reveals from other company's expected it to be different.

The team are great! Luke Gallagher took the time to explain everything in detail. Competent, approachable and informed and a first class communicator. Malcolm as manager always there personally to ensure everything goes to plan. Excellent team.

Eastern Moyer company lost me as a customer this past week and I won't ever recommend them to anyone, all my BMW friends will be informed of the poor customer service and they mistreat there customers, I was genuinely harassed by staff on July 10th.

The purchase was a straight forward numbers discussion. The delivery / handover of our new vehicle was thorough, explaining the new technoogy in the car. They also assisted us in regiestering the individua keys to the car and setting up the BMW app.
