Issue fixed on first visit
Compared to previous dealings with Eastern BMW presentation of vehicle was poor dirty seats and steering wheel in general poor preparation. Then had various visit to remove scratches from bonnet and ended up getting bonnet detailed myself.
Very helpful staff
didn't wash/valet the car even though it was in for 24 hours. Not up to your usual standard.

As per the comment above this was not a good experience and Eastern need to improve on the customer service. Sending text messages and not stocking parts are not the way forward for any garage that prides themselves on customer service.

The service is good but it always seems to take ages to complete the admin - for example I waited over half an hour just to pick up my keys, even though I had been told the car was ready to pick up.

High pressure sell on service plan, even though I still have 2 years left to run on mine. If the product is good it will sell itself. For the first time I have felt with BMW that sales of products were more important than the service and satisfaction
Was a quick and painless experience, would have been full 5 stars but I had been called a couple of days before by sales who were going to come and find me to show me new version of my car, it would have filled in time, they did not do this
there was some dubiety over a repair which BMW considered should be out of warrant but when I explained that they had had the car in before out look at this problem, they waived the cost.

Zero fuss involved in arranging and achieving service. Car picked up on time, feedback throughout process (video walkthrough is a nice touch), and car returned well ahead of predicted time. Team able to find and remedy intermittent fault.
The purchase of the car was ok, however when I took delivery of the car there were some scratches on the bonnet that were too deep to be buffed out!. This was not what I expect from a brand new car, however my salesperson is arranging to sort this

My wife and I both felt we were in an atmosphere where we were able to not feel embarrassed about asking repeated questions, we're both in our 70s and need a bit of understanding at times and this was given, and made us feel relaxed.

For being a big difference in cars no time before was given to go through the car. When picking up car again not enough time to go through car and was only with sales man and not an expert that knew everything about the car

Makes customer feel special when car is waiting, proudly displayed at main entrance when they arrive. Car was immaculate and was taken through some if the cars functions with a knowledgable member if staff.
Response rate from the staffs are reasonably quick.
From first impressions all the way through to delivery of the car, the centre got things right. From use of tech in the sales process to the attentive service from the staff, it was a positive experience for us.

Initially I was told the car would arrive on late May, after a couple of delays I collected the car on 4 July - worth waiting for though.
Chris is by far the best car salesman I've come across. Very friendly, great knowledge of BMW cars, and if I had any issues or queries he was always available to give advise He was the main reason we purchased the car from Eastern BMW
